We love to have the opportunity to share with our visitors the moment when the grapes are received during the harvest.
So, this time, we took the opportunity of the visit of our friends and importers Vino del Sol to our winery in La Consulta, to tell them more about some of our sustainable practices that we carry out in the vineyard as well as to experience first-hand, the process of reception and selection of grapes.
On this occasion, they got to learn more about how a conveyor belt works, selecting only the best grapes that go into our wine, by discarding those elements we don't want, such as small seeds, unripe or dry bunches, vine shoots, and other harvesting bodies.
A fun and action-packed couple of days!
