We would like to share with you the launch of a new vintage of our FINCAS LOS INMIGRANTES MALBEC 2022, belonging to our FINCAS collection. A terroir wine that pays tribute to our history. 

Our Fincas Collection was born as a tribute to those immigrants of the early 20th century who conquered the Mendoza desert and settled in different subregions of La Consulta (Uco Valley). The Spanish, the Italians, the Syrian and the Lebanese (under the local alias of "Turkish''), brought knowledge, work and tradition, contributing to the viticultural development of the region. Thereby, the names of the labels celebrate each community: Finca Los Tanos, Finca Los Gallegos and Finca Los Turcos.

These limited edition, single vineyard wines are from ancient pre-phylloxera vineyards, where Karim and his winemaking team found the purest and most singular expressions of these sub-appellations of La Consulta: Altamira, Chacón and El Cepillo. The wines follow a similar winemaking process, using Malbec as the common thread and interpreter of each terroir.

Fincas Los Inmigrantes Malbec is only produced on exceptional occasions. And as such, it is the exception. It is a blend of Malbecs from the three estates (“Fincas”) that make up this collection. Due to the uniqueness of this vintage, where the quantity of grapes per vineyard was very limited and the quality was outstanding, we decided to make a wine that would bring together the best barrels from each of these lots to create a unique blend of Finca Los Tanos, Los Turcos and Los Gallegos. An elegant and complex Malbec. A wine of few bottles, with a deep sense of terroir.
