Vico @ Karim Mussi Winemaker. A new enogastronomic experience is launched in Maipú. This time, the result of the partnership of two projects, Vico Mendoza restaurant and Karim Mussi Winemaker. This venture represents the desire to combine their joint strengths and creativity, in order to offer a unique experience that blends flavours, aromas and wine.

Enjoy a gourmet experience accompanied by Karim Mussi wines, inside the old centenary winery located in Maipú.

It has always been Karim Mussi's intention to share his most exclusive labels with visitors to Bodega Alandes, in the setting of the picturesque manor house and century-old winery, built in 1904, experiencing and getting to know the identity behind his different brands of wine.

On this occasion, in addition to the tours and tastings offered at the tasting room, there is now a new food & wine offering. Always seeking to provide an intimate and personalised experience to the visitors, where they can enjoy tasty and original dishes, accompanied by great wines from the winery, presented by the winery sommelier, Victoria Bertolini.

 About VICO WINE BAR  

The outstanding and innovative wine bar, with locations in Villa Crespo and in its previous space located in the centre of the city of Mendoza, this time bets on a different style to its characteristic format where the wines are exhibited and offered in their high-tech Wine Emotion Dispensers (of which they are representatives in Argentina).

This time, the bet has been for the setting up of a Menu of Steps, expressly designed to accompany (or be accompanied) by a selection of wines from the different projects that are part of Karim Mussi Winemaker. A concept that aims to complete the sensory experience of visitors to Bodega Alandes, this time, from the enjoyment of the palate.

ABOUT THE MENU

The menu focuses on the combination of flavours, an aesthetic interplay and seasonal ingredients.

The menu dazzles with a variety of gourmet dishes paired with a selection of wines from the winery, providing a feast for the senses, each dish is prepared in detail, like a masterpiece of gourmet cuisine, and is accompanied by a wine from the winery that enhances the flavours. From fresh starters to exquisite main courses and tempting desserts, the food and wine experience aims to delight the senses.

VICO REVIEW @ KMW BRIEF | From Monday to Saturday, Bodega Alandes opens the doors of its gallery old casona for lunches in its restaurant "VICO KMW". Its concept is focused on a 3 or 5-course menu (available Monday to Friday), based on seasonal ingredients and an aesthetic interplay, with pairing of wines from Karim's different projects, presented by a sommelier from the winery. And a special menu on Saturdays where various dishes are served cooked over an open fire (grill).
